Mango Salsa

Are you looking for the perfect gluten free, dairy free summer side dish?

2 mangos, skinned and diced (about 2 cups)
2 cucumbers, skinned and diced (about 2 cups)
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
Juice of 2 limes
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Mix together and serve. Perfect served over fish, shrimp, or chicken (plain or as tacos)
