bell peppers, sliced
asparagus, cut into 2 inch pieces
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, minced
2 Tbsp soy sauce (check to make sure its gf)
Saute onions, bell peppers, squash noodles, and asparagus in olive oil about 5-10mins(drain excess liquid). Toss in shrimp with minced garlic, ginger, soy, and garlic chili (or sirachi for the extra heat) and cook through for a few more minutes.
