I have had a gluten free allergy for a decade. In the early years, I was guilty of “splurging” and treating myself to a small bit of gluten and an evening in pain.
When I became pregnant with my daughter, I knew I couldn’t allow my love for food to punish my body. It was while pregnant (and always hungry) that I discovered my absolute favorite gluten free product.
I am a baker, an eater, a lover of food. I HAD to find a replacement for gluten and PAMELA’S GLUTEN FREE FLOUR filled that need.
